Community Resource Mapping is a process used to identify resources in the community that support a student’s transition to work, independent living, and postsecondary education. In this workshop, participants will learn the community resource mapping process and how to use it to maximize transition planning and work-based learning experiences.
This online workshop will be offered on six different dates and we recommend registering for the workshop that matches your region of the state so that you can connect with educators who may face similar issues with community resources.
